Hi has any Tech heard bad reviews on new LINCAT Catering equipment.
We bought a brand new Lincat Combi but it was a POS made by HOUNO. It did not work from day one. They sent TECHS FIVE times to try and fix it.
It is worse than ever. They will not answer our e mails and we have taken them to court. It is eating water filters and chemicals. Banging 40 amps at one second intervals onto my mains. Lincat previously rebadged Rationals. But this rebadged Houno Is a load of rubbish. Anyone else heard anything. Mike
