low dhw pressure on ravenheat 820/20 ch fine

When HW is opened from any DHW tap it is hot but not running at normal flow rate, so much so that if two taps are opened only one will flow. Using Ravenheat 820/20 combi and it happens if CH is switched off also. Any ideas please? Took misses long enough to get ready when it did work.
