I have a problem with ferroli optima 701. The cold pressure at my home is fine, yet the hot water is very low eg 30mins to fill a bath as you have to run hot alone otherwise there is too much cold water to balance it perfectly. Any suggestions????

Also, i don't know if this is related but the on off relay on the pcb has now blown twice. If not are here any suggestions regarding why this is happening.

Cheers for any replies.

what temp is the hot water

Hi B.O.B DOLE,

I checked the temperature by running the hot tap and holding a thermometer under the running water. The reading was 43C.
