LP and HP ball valves or Torbeck valves

How can i tell the difference in a low or high pressure fill valve?
Can i merely change the valve diaphram/washer to change the valve to low or high pressure?

HP ball valves are fitted with a white seat/jet
LP ball valves are fitted with a red seat/jet
Torbecks can be used on either HP/LP by inserting the pressure reducers into the valve stem
