Lubricant for rubber seals on upvc windows

What is the best thing to use to lubricate my rubber seals as they are sticking when I open the windows? Thank you.

They dont normally need lubricating. Maybe just the seals and the frames need cleaning.

Failing that silicone spray would be your best bet.
