Hi, The pressure in my boiler drops from one bar to zero in about 30 secs I have ruled out the boiler so I have a major leak somewhere? As the pressure is falling so rapidly does this mean the leak is close to the boiler or could it be upstairs or anywhere in the house?

thanks. could well be under floor then, problem is we have concrete floors downstairs

if it was upstairs your ceilings would be down by now, if its downstairs wouldnt you hear the gushing and more importantly wouldnt it show signs of leakage through concrete damage/seepage etc.
in concrete i would presume the ch pipes would be so deep that it wouldnt rise through.

are you sure it aint being blown outside in overflow pipe

any signs of damp on walls ect that would give you an idea where to dig the floor.

mikeD69 - why have you created another topic for this problem?
