Making underneath of coping stones look prettier?

So my renderers broke all the coping stones facing the wall they worked on, I dont have the energy left to even try to make them replace it tbh.
I think that section of the garden would look Ok anyway without coping stones, except the cement on top of the little walls is ugly as fock. I guess its easier to add new cement or something and smooth it out than to cut the cement to a neat shape?

But I dont have a cement mixer, Ihave some of this, is good?

cant get better pics in this sub forum for some reason.
Its the area underneath the coping stones, just wanted to smooth out the concrete there, would look okay without new coping stones. Just hoping for a product recommendation. I used toupret exterior masonry repair elsewhere, maybe that would work? Its unevent, some lumpy bits of cement left from where the coping stones werent neatly cemented to the bottom bits.
