Cooker (no socket outlet) - 5s
Cooker (with socket outlet) - 0.4s
Ring final circuit - 0.4s
Immersion heater - 5s
Lighting - 5s
Alarm - 5s
As you can see, all circuits containing fixed appliances are subject to 5 second disconnection times, circuits which feed portable equipment are subject to 0.4 second disconnection times.
