maximum isopon thickness? Or re-coat time?

Hi, could anyone tell me the maximum thickness of p38 i should apply in one hit? A have a dent about 20mm deep over an area approx 200mm x 80mm.

And if its better to build up on coats how long should i leave it between each?

plop isn't really for filling deep holes in one go. you will probably find it difficult to apply at a certain depth anyway.

does it not come with instructions that tell you these things?

the leaflet that comes with it is long gone and the instructions on the tin are not exactly exhaustive.

Also their website gives data sheets with even less info than the tin.

well i've always preffered lots of thin appications than one big one. if you apply many thin layers there appears to be less shrinking afterwards which is a big issue if its in a noticable area.

all these ****s that cover over their number plate recesses on their 1.2 corsa's always seem to get shrinking on them.
