I'd ask them about the B16 power radials as well, these would be better on a C16 IMHO, and if you can meet the requirements for a C32 on a ring, unless the rings are short and the radials are massivly long, there is a good chance a C16 will be suitable. A B16 is liable to tripping on the start-up surges pulled by some appliances
