i wish to change an electric shower to a mixer shower and i am a bit concerned about weather i will be able to run the hot water from my hot water tank which is on the upstairs landing up into the loft and back down in to the bathroom will this work with out a pump will i also need a shower flange on the hot water tank thank you jim

it will work, but it depends how much pressure you want. if you want good pressure use a pump.

A surrey flange is what you are after :)
