Natural Insulation

How expensive?
6-15 times more expensive than PIR it's around £80m2 though it might have come down.

I think your only real option here is to take the insulation outside the living space, use plastic/vcl to separate it if needed.
Then install hepa filters in a mvhr or positive pressure system.

Is airtec insulation any good? This - http://www.screwfix.com/p/airtec-double-insulation-1-05-x-25m/21112
It say it is equivalent to 55mm polystrene. Can I use 2/3 layers to have a good U value? Any pitfalls?
Only worth considering if the pictured installation team comes with it..

It's practically a Multifoil, long debated on various forums to be snake oil. It'll get a reasonable amount of its effectiveness from the foiling each side, as this reflects radiant heat and is a poor radiator in itself. Given the choice between 55mm of polystyrene and 4 mm of bubble wrap and tin foil, I'd pick the polystyrene every time. If that stuff worked, there would be no need for kingspan to invent vacuum panels at astronomical cost. I suspect that most of the effectiveness of the bubble wrap comes from careful detailing and joining sheets so that air cannot escape, thus your heat losses from drafts are lower..
