New build - frondoor step isn't flush for wheeelchair access

Hi, I've just had a new front door installed on a new build but I've found out it has to be a flat entrance to the house (ie no step or lip) for wheelchair access, this door one has the usual front lip.

Is there any way around this or do I simply have to buy another door?

You're allowed a 15mm cill I recall. Anything else won't get passed.
