Hi, constructing new extension. On the floor was going to construct it with the following layers. Hardcore then sand blinding, DPM then 100mm of insulation then 100mm on concrete. Question is, shall I go for a conventional screed - not too sure how thick [75mm or 100mm] or can I lay on top of concrete latext screed/leveling compound? Any advise very welcome, thanks Chez4836...
