New head for telephone extension

Looks like a BT to RJ11 adapter like https://www.amazon.co.uk/DealMux-Telephone-Converter-Adapter-Landline/dp/B072SK9XYQ
It is just a normal extension that allows another phone to be plugged in, doesn't convert or anything but can't seem to find that connector on its own

In that case I would get a splitter like https://www.amazon.co.uk/BT-Socket-way-Adaptor-Splitter/dp/B009PJJ59O and then chop the end of the existing extension and crimp on a new bt plug.
