No heating at all to some rads

I have had so many problems with my heating system. It is an old cast iron boiler. I seem to have heating to only half of the house in that the rads in the other half of the house is stone cold.

Got a plumber in and he did a power flush. Did not do the whole house but only in the area that was cold. No gunk came out at all. Checked the pump and it is a Grunfos 15/60. It is the biggest that is available.

Have cleaned out tank. The pipes inder these rads are stone cold also. I do have a problem in that all pipes are in the concrete. Asisde from burning the house down, I am running out fo options and am really frustarted. Any help or advice will be greatly appreciated.

What system do you have, s-plan, y-plan, gravity HW etc?
Do the cold rads work if you turn off the hot ones?

wht did your plumber actually do. by sounds of it charged you for a pointless power flush.has the pump been actually checked.
