No heating- ideal boiler

Good afternoon everyone. I have a Vogue Max system 32, 4 years old.
As of yesterday the heating isn’t working (the water is). On the boiling display it says: timer off or room thermostat and cylinder thermostat off. Everything seems to be connected with each other (Honeywell ST9400C) and the wireless.
Water pressure is good. Any idea anyone please? Thank you

Either faulty control or faulty PCB at the boiler. Likely a failed motorised valve.

Remove the programmer and send a picture of the wiring at the back.
