NO HOT WATER AFTER BLEEDING TOWEL RAIL

After i notice my upstairs towel rail was going cold at the top i bled it and now works fine but this morning i did not have any hot water just cold i looked at the bolier and the pressure was at 0 bar, has this got to do with anything i have done bleeding the towel rail
