Not Sure How to Fix Concealed Pipework Tap (with pictures)

Heya Folks,

I have to fix a type of tap I'm not familiar with.

I have included pictures of it below. The right hand tap does not work, no water comes out at all. Is it a case of replacing the section I'm holding in my hand in picture 2 or does the whole lot need to come out ? If it is a simple replacement where can I get the piece from ?

You need the tap insert out thats the brass fitting down the white tube still in the wall.
