Ocean Alpha 240P Boiler

Hi, I am having problems with my Boiler at the moment. the pressure is up at 4bar and water is coming out of the over flow. is there an easy way to reduce the pressure?

Make sure filling loop is turned off properly. Go to a drain off on a pipe somewhere, put a hose on it and release pressure by draining
