Opening sfZed09 files

Hi all,

What's the best way to open sfZed09 files on windows 10?
Just bought some instrument sample cd's in this format but can't open them.

If we are talking about the same file format, a .sfz; then the .sfz file is only a text file and not a sample itself (try opening one in Notepad).
The idea is to provide a simple package that describes how a group of samples should be arranged together, to define how an instrument sounds when it's synthesised.
