Good morning, I have recently moved to Sweden and I have built a timber outbuilding that is to be used as an office. If possible I would like some advice on the power supply. Here in Sweden all properties receive a three phase supply (400/690v) and this is run as single phase 230v for the domestic circuits.

In the basement of my house is an unused three phase supply that is fed from the main CU through 3 separate 10A MCBs (one on each phase). The CU is fitted with an RCD. As this supply is unused I would like to make use of it if possible. The distance from the CU to the outbuilding will be around 12m.

Here are my power requirements in the outbuilding:

lighting circuit
approx 250W (exterior and interior lights)

internal sockets
approx 1000W (office equipment and large printer)
+ 2kW electric oil filled radiator for use during winter

external socket
2.5kW (vehicle engine heater and cabin warmer)

My initial idea was to use each of the three phases for each circuit but having looked at the peak power consumption it seems that 10A per line won't be enough. Can anybody confirm this?

Any advice will be appreciated and followed! Thanks, Owen
