Outlook 2007

My outlook 2007 has a missing tab.
When I open an email I do not have the option to Forward / Reply / Delete etc. I can only Save or Print.
If when the email is open I click the tab 'message' then I have the option.
So every time I open an email I have to click the 'message' tab.
This problem has only just started I have check on another PC & seem to have all the options selected.

Any ideas

From top nav, choose View>>Toolbars>>Standard

Had already been there, its set to standard.

OK found it re-install not required.
R/click on top ribbon>minimize the ribbon
