My system runs off of a baxi back boiler and has a motorised valve that switches it between the radiators and the hot water system.over the past year the water has reguraly expanded out of the system via the overflow into the expansion tank.
I have drained it and cleaned it and filled it with inhibitor and bled the surplas air but to no avail. can anyone suggest the next course of action.

How much has it expanded? Is it a regular "2 pints a week and never stops" or does it expand a bit, then settle down?

How does the height of your cold-water tank (that supplies the bath) compare with the height of the feed and expansion tank?
