will be repainting with sandtex

the paint stripper scene has turned on its head in the last couple of years. For DIY use you have to use eco friendly strippers which are water based and harmless to use. But. compared to the "old" paint strippers, they are not as effective. My guess would be with your job, if you use one of the new strippers, brush it on and leave it on for a whole day, it'll fetch the paint off.
Biostrip (google it) is what I've used and its worked for me on selected jobs.
