Whats the best paint to use for painting over vinyl wallpaper?

I would not recomend this practice (Painting over finished wallcoverings). However, you could use Vinyl Soft Sheen as its flexible, as is Vinyl wallcovering.

So is vinyl silk...ive never done it but I do know of people that have and its locked on really well
