Parts replacement

Hi guys

Is a central heating filling loop and 3 way mid position valve hard to do yourself, they both located in upstairs airing cupboard.

I got water flowing down the back wall and looks green and the valve is stuck between W and M and water and heating both always coming on together.

So i take it you think filling loop is passing hence water flowing down wall . Has the pressure in the expansion vessel and prv been checked have you disconnected the filing loop to check it ?
Mid position valve might just need the head changing not the whole valve what make of valve is it
