Pipes in wall for shower.

Hi Guys.

I am on with fitting a shower for myself and was just considering the options for protecting the pipes that will be burried in the walls.

I've seen HEP2o conduit used for this purpose.

Pipe in pipe sounds like a good idea, particulary if you can remove the pipe shoudl there be a problem.

Plastic coated copper another option but I would prefer not to bury pipe directly into wall/plaster.

Further option is to construct a shallow duct for the pipe
