I need to skim some walls covered in tile backer in the bathroom , I am using multi finish. Could any knowledgable plasters tell
If it needs priming just with pva , nothing or something else lol

.1. Preparation:
* Clean and Secure the Boards: Ensure the Thermopanel boards are securely fixed to the wall (using screws and washers, or appropriate adhesive, depending on the substrate). Any loose or protruding materials should be removed.
* Seal Joints: This is a crucial step. Seal all edges and joints between the Thermopanel boards using Thermopanel adhesive/sealant (e.g., Thermofix) or a suitable butyl tape for wet areas.
* Apply Scrim Tape: Once the sealant is dry, apply Thermopanel scrim tape (e.g., IJT90) over all the sealed joints. This tape helps to reinforce the joints and prevent cracking in the plaster.
