Polycarbonate are a lot stronger (read it somewhere quoting 200 times stronger than glass) plus a nicer finish including drip bar on front and glazing bars etc, easier to clean. Corrugated tend to brittles and cracks near the fixing screws because of wind pressure underneath also can collect dirts on the overlapping sheets, can flap about if not enough fixings, you get what you pay for
