Hi there

I've got the above control for the heating and I'm a bit confused about the functions, it would appear that the heating and water have to be timed together and cant ne set for individual times which is a pain as the heating is on when you dont want it, of course you can turn the heating off but i like the heatinf on for an hour in the morning

Am i doing something wrong?

Also what is the "once" funtion for

Once should say all day . it comes on at first on timing and goes off on last off timing.
Providing you have either 2 motorised valves or a 3 port that will allow seperate CH/HW then change it for EP3002 This will allow you to do what you want
