customer has the above boiler with a leak on the domestic hot water outlet. it apprears to be on the factory bent 90 right above the outlet, only minor and now he has a towel to mop it up.

i've never had to replace one of those and i've no idea if it is a common problem??

customer wants to know a rough time frame for replacing it, i'm thinking it is a big job as pretty much all of the controls seem to need to be removed.

any ideas on time? any things to look out for? cheers.
 
It may be worth checking that it is leaking from that point, not condense leaking from trap/collector above.
