Potterton Promax HE Plus HW to shower

Potterton Promax HE Plus Installed 2008 serviced each year. Recently HW temperature in showers has been dropping off ending cold and then picking up again before dropping. Have had two temperature sensors changed out and it was ok for a day or two. Now back to previous behavior. Boiler repair man seems to have run out of ideas. Any pointers welcome.

Just the shower or the hot taps too?

if its just the shower but not the taps then its a prob with the shower surely

Hot water in taps also goes hot /cold
