pressure leaking on vaillent boiler

pressure leaking on boiler looking like the pressure release valve, not had a look yet but likely cause. leaking from outside abit.

the main problem once we top up at 1.5 bar the boiler when on either on heating or hot water pressure increasing alot at times up to 3 bar at times in short perioed of time.

hope sumone can help. other then that it working. could it bee the heat the exchanger not letting enough water through thus the tem going up??????

Pressure (aka Expansion) vessel needs pumping up. Very FAQ - do a search.
