Programmer replacement, Single channel, suggestions.

I have a programmer currently that is an 'RSP', I have uploaded the install/instructions.
We you change the batteries it loses all the programs & reverts to its defaults.
I want to replace this with a small unit that will hold memory whilst batteries are being changed.
Is there anything out there, that may do the job?.
