Radiator Layout

I am redoing my bathroom it's back to a shell and I am trying work out the new layout for my radiator. It had one radiator originally but now hoping to have two, one either side of the the room. Can I tee off the feeds and go left and right? To each radiator? Or do I have to go one and then back to the other? I should say that the original radiator was the last one in the loop with the drain valve. It's a gas combi boiler
