Radiators Wont heat up!!

Hi

Cant get some of my rads piping hot - luke warm or warm half way only.

Have tried to bleed them, seems like no air as hot clear water comes out straight away.

I have taken thermostatic valves off them as I dont want them switching off when they hit the thermostat temperature. Will this effect the rads?

Also, heating been on for 5hrs and thermostat in halway outside boiler only showing 14C still (was 13c 2 hrs ago) heating was off for 4 days (we were away) is this normal?

Any advice would be appreciated.
