Hi,can anyone help please, I have rain water coming into sub floor, .it is a bit a long story,I have benn flooded by my neighbours washing machine and mains water leak ,been. Going on for a year due to Landlord.anyway all fixed now but I have water coming up through sub floor now never had a problem before it gets quite deep .drains ect all been tested not sure what to do ant help really appreciated
