raven heat boiler help!!!!!!

hi can any one help with this fault .when the boiler this on heating it fires up for about 5sec and then cuts out and then fires up again and so on, but when i turn on the hot water tap its fires up for hot water and stays on ,and when i turn off the off water tap the flame stays on for about five min ,then starts doing the flame on for 5sec and then cuts off

so does any one have any ideas. many thanks

Fan modulating board needs replacing, even though you haven't told us the model.

I guess it's a CSI 85 or similar?
