Just wondering if anyone can give me come advice on my boiler thats been causing me trouble for a long time now.
First of all the problems stared when the temperature was dropping in the radiators and then i noticed a dripping coming from the back. Upon inspection i broke the pressure guage spiraled pipe so i replaced this and then took the nut off that was dripping, cleaned it up (washer and filter) then it worked. for a few hours.
Now when the boiler is turned on, its makes a lot of clicking sounds, the switch on the circuit board is going ten-to-the-dozen. The tries to fire up a few times and fails, then kicks in, works for an hour(ish) then tries to fire again, cant so gives up and just runs water round the system and doesnt warm it up.
Once turned off for about 24 hours it will do the same and work for another hour or so - strange!!
Any help is MUCH appreciated.
