ravenheat rsf820 boiler

I have a ravenheat 820 boiler with problems ...
when I turn the power switch on the boiler trips out at the fuse box. i have tried to do a short cut on the power supply and still notjing . light for the power supply comes on but when I turn it on for heating it trips out again .... anyhelp would go down well
