re central heating

hi i seem to have air in my central heating system
the problem seems more noticeable when the
boiler is on to heat up the water not so much
when its on for the central heating.i can hear
it in the pipes running under our bedroom floor
i would be very gratefull if anyone could give
me some ideas or ways of removeing the air

boiler is potterton netaheat
profile 60 you seem to hear the gurgling
noise when the boiler cuts out
have had loft conversions done upstairs(live in bungalow)
so header tank and and cold water tank on same level as
our bedrooms also had thermostatic valves fitted on
rads upstairs not on one in en suite upstairs
