Redring Dualheat cylinder DH12

Cylinder is just out of 2 year warranty period (by four weeks) and it has failed. Control does not appear to regulate power to heaters resulting in boiling noises and discharge from T&P valve. Overheat cutout does not kick in

Flowchart suggests PCB is defective. Thermistors show resistance of about 97k.

Would appreciate input from those familiar with this beast. Thanks in advance

Hmm not hugely familiar but I'd say either PCB or pipe stat is broken, although the high limit stat should be independent of the pipe stat, suggesting that PCB is more likely if this isn't working either.
