I need to remove an old radiator to plaster behind it but it only has a single valve on one end of the radiator with 2 small bore pipes leading off the bottom of the valve. If i shut off the valve will i be able to remove the radiator without capping the valve ?
NO ........there`s a hidden screw under a cap for the other (return) pipe ...turn this off also ie. screw in .....and then get the water out the rad .....be prepared for muck in the water
