Removing window gasket seal

Think the OP has a co-extruded gasket which is bonded on during extrusion. As it happens I replaced some just yesterday, brand new sharp stanley blade, poke it in and slide along in one continuous motion using the plastic as a hard guide, don't stop start, one long motion
