Room Thermostat Change - With Pics

Dear All

Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction.

Currently have a Sunvic dial thermostat fitted Pic 1.
I feel that the stat underreads by quite an amount so I want to change to a digital stat (Honeywell DT90E).

I have enclose pics of the wiring (3 Wire) of the current dial stat and the wiring diagram for the DT90E.

Can someone please assist me in telling me how to connect up the new stat?

Red to A on new stat, yellow to B. Terminate the blue safely as it is not required.

Thanks for the advice, installed the new stat this evening and all is well.
The old unit was reading -4c from actual.
