Sabre 28 boiler

I had a Sabre 28 boiler installed 1 year ago. No problems with the boiler itself, but I find the off/timed/on switch very fiddly to operate. I have a much better timer (Danfoss 103) which was used on my previous central heating system.

Could anyone advise on wiring this into the Sabre 28, namely removal of wiring to existing built-in timer and replacement wiring for Danfoss timer?

You should be able to wire it in a volts free configuration in series with the room stat but leave the one in the boiler connected but set to 24 hrs on.
