Safety discharge pipe in screed?

Can you run the safety discharge pipe (after the tundish), from an unvented cylinder, within a ground floor screed?

Cylinder cup'd is in middle of ground floor :)
 
As long as it's a steady fall and it's wrapped in Denso or similar, I don't see why not.
