Shower head attachment arm help?

Hi.

This is my first post here - after Google failed me I'm hoping you guys can help.

We currently have a shower attachment connected to our bath tap. I'm looking to attach some sort of mount to the wall so it can be held at head height much like a conventional shower. However, we only have a wall running alongside the bath and not one at the end near the tap.

So, what I'm looking for is some sort of holder that effectively screws into the wall and holds the shower head around 50cm or so away from the wall directly above the taps. I can't for the life of me, though, find any such mounting anywhere on the internet.

Any ideas? Any help would be hugely appreciated.

You will struggle to get one standing 500 off a wall, though you could Heath Robinson something with one of these.
