Shower Problem - Intermittant hot and cold water

Hi everyone, first poster here.

I have probs with my shower as in it keeps going hot then cold, then hot, then cold, then hot, then.........cold etc.

We have a new team shower?, a boiler mate 2000 as the main boiler and a smaller potterton suprima 30l.

I also have very low water pressure and sometimes takes an hour to fill the bath.

I have reset the potterton and bled the radiators and still nothing, any ideas?

The boilermate is a heatstore and this may be the cause of your problems. You must be able to measure the resistances of the temperature sensors competantly, or call in an expert.

In the meantime run the shower and check the outgoing hot water temperature at the Boilermate. If that's going hot-cold-hot it's confirmation of where the problem lies.

Oh, and it sounds like you also have the Suprima problem too
